The property is great with beautiful views on the beach. I think all the rooms have a balcony which is nice but the salt takes its toll. The ac unit was broken, the bed was lopsided because the box spring looked crumpled. The sliding door had no lock. The bartender was not very friendly. Barely spoke one word to me. The receptionist was very nice and helpful though.

Overall room was poor to fair. Bed was comfortable. Bar staff was horrible. Waited 30 minutes for drink. Waited an hour and a half for food. Never got it. Had to go to a different restaurant to eat. They were not busy. Only 2 other couples/groups there. Construction material/equipment laying everywhere. Loud/drunk people screaming outside our door at 2 am. Asked for extra wash cloths and received nasty looks. Room not adequately stocked with soap/shampoo. We decided quickly that we would not be staying there for our trip. We left and got a new place. Would recommend looking elsewhere for your stay in st croix.

1st room, second room and the third one had mold. One of the worst stays I’ve had despite the staff trying to make it acceptable but to no satisfaction. We ended up being told to call Expedia, have them call and the facility would not first take the call. Eventually they did and would not work with us to compensate us so we could enjoy our Holiday stay. What a complete disappointment in not only the way we were treated but the place was under construction. Not advised and gladly took our hard earned money. We had to go elsewhere due not being able to breathe each day while we found a place to stay. Completely unacceptable and advise others to not stay at this so called establishment.

The hotel is in a great location, but it needs maintenance. There are no telephones to reach reception. The king bed was very comfortable, and the AC worked well. The DJ did not show up on the announced day (last Thursday), so there was really no entertainment at the lobby and bar area. The bartender was very nice and friendly. In summary, it is an excellent property with significant potential to become one of the best places to stay if management improves the facilities and the hotel's overall service. I hope that this feedback is helpful.
