This hotel was priced well below the Downtown hotel prices. It’s 5mins outside the downtown area, and right off the thruway. It was perfect for our trip. Only red flag is the amount of homeless people in the area, but no issues. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

Terisa was the most enthusiastic, hardest working hotel staff we have encountered in a very long time. She was at the reservation desk when we arrived in the afternoon, then she was serving us breakfast the following morning. The smile and positivity never escaped her, even during a very stressful time where she was the only staff member with numerous customers waiting to check in, she made our stay so enjoyable!
