Staff is great. Love the staff! Asking for amenities was simple. Hotel is very clean and so are the beds. Everything in Vending and machine wash and dry is 3.00 which is a little steep. Especially for a wash and then a dryer that does not take digital payment through pay range speed queen. 3.00 coin laundry only for each. There is a matress outside in the west end of the parking lot laying on the ground.
The room does not have a hairdryer in the bathroom or anywhere however it does have iron and ironing board.
Also must have been something sharp like glass in the bathtub.. I exited my bath and had blood running down my calf.
My mother and I stay here at different times on different occasions and we are both pleased with the hotel. I will not devulge the bathtub situation to her because I'm assuming that it will be taken care of and not happen again after providing the information with staff. If I do inform her she will then never want to stay here again.
Rebooked my room but had to use their booking and not my one key hotels.com account.
I was also informed that this particular hotel is now independently owned and no longer under the Stay America ownership. That leaves me to wonder if she will still want to stay here with the knowledge of being an independantly owned hotel now.
