Must have been awhile since anyone stayed in the room. Thermostat didn’t work, minimal warm water(no hot water) and sink stopper was broken.

Beautiful building. The rooms were clean with a bit of an art deco vibe. We got a whirlpool room and the whirlpool worked great. We were there for 3 nights, and anytime we needed anything we received help immediately. The food is delicious, though pretty pricey. We will definitely be back.

This is an older hotel with many interesting original architectural features. It could use some restoration work as there is some plaster and wall paper deteriorating in some common areas.

Line to check in had over 50 people with one person working desk. The room had burnt light bulbs. Security was rude and wasn’t helpful when we got lost in the building. (It has a vacant creepy mall connected to it that you have to go through if you dont vallet park) Room was clean. Just not worth the price.

I am sad to say that this hotel, with all the right bones, gave terrible service, did not answer to phone, delayed our departure by 30 minutes due to parking issues and had rusted components in the bathroom. We were very disappointed. Hilton has offered excellence at other locations.

An outdated hotel with a glorious history. As a historic artifact, it is interesting. As a hotel per se, not so much. Certainly not for the price paid (although this could have been affected by Bengals and FC Cincinnati games during the weekend). Finally, the ATM in the lobby ran out of cash in the middle of my transaction (I've got $40 less than my card was charged) and the front desk attendant replied to me - it is not our business, you have to contact the financial institution that handles this ATM. Maybe so, but the feeling I've got was that Hilton just robbed me.
