Excellent all the way around!

The room was wonderful! It was clean, attractive and had lots of amenities. The buffet breakfast was delicious, with many options. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful. It was a top notch experience.

The price was low which was good. The hotel needs some major upkeep. Wallpaper in hallways was gone or falling off and in our bathroom there were water stains on the roof and it’s was falling down. There was poop TP all over the hallway by public restroom area and I watched an employee walk by and just shake there head!

Our room had no warm or hot water. After being on the road for 22 hours I wanted nothing more than a hot shower. I tried in the evening when I arrived as well as in the morning when I woke up. Grateful for a bed to sleep in, but if the staff is aware of the water issue they should have let us know.
