The hotel was built in 2025 so it was modern and open. Each room has dishes and utensils available to use long with a dish washer. Ate appetizers at the high note rooftop bar and grill and the appetizers were amazing. Staff was very kind and helpful.

The hotel was amazing. Our only regret is that we weren't staying longer. The rooftop bar was really cool. All staff members were very kind and helpful

Trying to find a hotel was a little odd the way it was set up as well as the parking but once you got inside, it was very nice. The whole Avion and I really liked the rooftop area.

This is definitely the biggest bang for the buck in the Cincinnati Newport area. We always like to walk across the river and this is just as convenient as staying at the loft. A bit of street work going on which I didn’t like for our lowered mini Cooper But besides that the roundabouts were fun! Their rooftop bar is a happening area, but we were usually too pooped at the end of the day to actually go up there and enjoy it. Rooms were as spacious as we needed in the shower was a decent size. Nice little kitchen area as well. Park in G2. Less crowded and direct off the elevators.

The room layout and amenities were great. The carpet in the hallways looked liked they really needed cleaned and some trash on floor was there all weekend, including dirty dishes by room doors.

The hotel is 6 months old (as of July '25). Very nice, well laid out. Continental breakfast outstanding. It even has an outdoor sitting area on turf grass. You can buy a beer pass and help yourself to the 6 taps in the breakfast area. Pretty cool. We stayed only 1 night to take in the Reds game. Website suggests 15 minute walk to the park. It's actually just over 20 minutes but a very enjoyable walk. Highly recommend this stay.
