Habitación: Nos dieron un upgrade de habitación a una en un edificio que si tiene elevador y con vista parcial al mar. Lamentablemente las camas están muy duras, lo que nos impidió descansar plácidamente. La habitación estaba muy limpia y la decoración se ve muy bien. El techo es muy alto. Permaneció fresca a pesar de que apagamos el clima en la mañana. Tiene closet amplio y caja de seguridad. No tiene plancha. La televisión tiene buena programación. Staff: Todos fueron muy atentos. Amenidades: Las instalaciones están excelentes. Tiene su salida privada a la playa. Una de las albercas estaba sucia y ninguna esta climatizada, por lo que no son una opción tan buena si las visitas en invierno. Solo pedimos un platillo para llevar en el restaurante del hotel y no nos quedaron ganas de volver a pedir. El estacionamiento es seguro.

La ubicación es inmejorable, es amplio, con club de playa, lo realmente complicado son las rampas de acceso, son demasiado difíciles de usar y están tanto para entrar al lobby del hotel como al área de restaurante y club de playa. Las habitaciones muy espaciosas, balcón que te permite ver la playa y disfrutar de la brisa del mar, la habitación está muy bien equipada con closet, caja fuerte, sistema de entretenimiento, área para trabajar cómodamente, baño y amenidades especiales para personas en silla de ruedas, detalle importante de la ducha es que no tiene privacidad por si vas a compartir la habitación con más familiares con los que tengas pudor. El personal es atento, amable, muy profesional, puedes contar con atenciones parte de todos ya sea por teléfono o personalmente. Tienen un amplio sentido del humor, son atentos a la hora de sugerir lugares y actividades en la ciudad, son personas orgullosas de su ciudad y lo comparten. El hotel es una delicia recorrerlo, lindos detalles de iluminación, albercas divertidas, bar a la orilla de la playa, vistas inmejorables. Tiene espacio no solo para turistas, también es el lugar favorito de los vecinos para hacer ejercicio frente al mar. El hotel me gusto mucho, su arquitectura es particularmente bella y cálida. Muy instagrameable. Del restaurante recomendamos el huachinango, el caldo tlalpeño, las ensaladas, el queso fundido.
