Conveniently located in the heart of Suncadia, the home is steps from the Inn, which houses the Prospector Course Pro Shop and The Stovehouse restaurant. The Lodge — with two restaurants, a coffee shop, and trail access to the Cle Elum River — is a 5–10 minute walk. Swiftwater Cellars and the Rope Rider golf course are a 15–20 minute walk or 5-minute drive.

We keep the home well-stocked and regularly refresh linens and supplies. Charge your vehicle with our private 50-amp ChargePoint charger. Close to the new Suncadia Social with additional shops and restaurants! Please note: this property does not include access to the Suncadia Swim and Fitness Center.

We take pride in keeping our home up to date. Recent updates include a new induction range, cookware, dishwasher, and washer/dryer (July 2026); all three mattresses replaced with luxury medium mattresses, new carpet, freshly painted interior walls and ceilings, and a new master king bed frame (2023–2025).

Our 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home is the ideal place for your next getaway. Whether you enjoy golfing, biking, hiking, snow sports, wine tasting, fly fishing, horseback riding, or river rafting — or simply want to BBQ, play games, watch movies, and soak in a hot tub — this home will not disappoint.

Layout:

Designed for up to 7 guests, the home welcomes you with soaring high ceilings that flow seamlessly from the entry through the gourmet kitchen, complete with an induction range, large Sub-Zero refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, and dishwasher. A dining area with seating for 6 connects the kitchen and living room.

The living room is the heart of the home — featuring a large sectional, fireplace, 65" smart TV with YouTube TV (55+ live channels including ESPN, major networks, Netflix, and Amazon), and a Bluetooth soundbar. Wide accordion-style patio doors open completely to the outdoor space, with a fire pit, hot tub, dining table and BBQ. A powder room completes the main floor.

Just off the living area is a main-floor master suite with a king bed and private access to the outdoor space — perfect for pets. The suite includes a 55" smart TV with full streaming and live TV, a bathroom with a clawfoot tub, glass-enclosed shower, double sinks, and a spacious vanity. The heated walk-in closet includes a changing table and pack-and-play, so you can leave yours at home! This makes for an ideal nursery where baby can sleep peacefully.

Upstairs is a second master suite featuring a firm king bed with memory foam mattress pad. There is a twin sized foldout ottoman and 55” smart TV, as well as an Uplift height adjustable desk with 2 monitors connected to a docking station (can connect to laptop via usb-C) and a chair. The spacious en-suite bathroom has double sinks and a large walk-in closet. A third bedroom with a queen bed rounds out the upper floor.

Base rental price includes linens and towels for 6 guests. Up to 7 guests are welcome with an additional guest fee — linens and towels for extra guests are provided once confirmed and prepaid. For pets there is an additional charge of $75 / night.
