The Space:
✧ Bedrooms (3) ✧
The home is furnished with three queen memory foam beds, one extra comfy full futon bed, and two single size futons. There are a total of three bedrooms, each with its own smart TV and sound machine.

✧ Bathrooms (3) ✧
The three charming bathrooms are fully stocked and include hair dryers. Take a bubbly bath in the jetted tub and put on your favorite show while you relax in style.

✧ Living Rooms (2) ✧
The living room is furnished with a flat-screen TV where you'll be able to enjoy Netflix, YouTube Premium, and an array of board games. If games aren't what you're looking for, you can put on some music on the Alexa Studio and cozy up on the recliner loveseat with a book - all the while enjoying the built in fireplace with a backdrop of the pines.

The second living room / office space sports a comfy futon and state of the art computer set up - just bring your laptop, plug in, and get ready to work in luxury.

✧ Outdoor Spaces (4) ✧
The largest deck features a gas fireplace with swinging chair and plenty of seating. In the front yard you’ll find a wood fire pit (please bring your own firewood!) and six comfy wood chairs.

The main level deck includes a four-burner grill and group outdoor seating. Last but not least, you’ll find seating for two in the third floor balcony to enjoy the night sky.

✧ Dining (1) ✧
The dining area will easily accommodate six adults with the option to bring in deck furniture if more seating is needed. There's also a medium sized closet available for storage.

✧ Kitchen (1) ✧
Inside the kitchen, you'll find all the silverware, pots, pans and plates you need to pretend like you’re going to cook yourself dinner from scratch! Not to mention the small appliances like coffee maker, toaster, rice cooker, electric kettle, and even an air fryer.

✧ Laundry (1) ✧
Need to do a load of laundry? No problem - there’s even a washer/dryer and other cleaning supplies for your convenience.

Guest Access:
AWD or 4x4 vehicles are advised as we do have a steep gravel/dirt driveway to the house. It's not 100% necessary, but highly encouraged. This is a hillside cabin that spans across three floors and has parking in the driveway for two or three vehicles by the front door.

There is also parking down by the detached garage with EV charging available. Additional street parking on the way to the cabin is easy to access and only about a 5-7 minute walk away.

*Snowy Season*
During the snowy months (typically December - April), the road is closed to wheeled vehicles and parking before the gate is required. It's a 5-10 minute walk to the cabin depending on parking availability near the gate during this time of year.

✧ Party Size ✧
While the home is equipped to host 10 people, we think the perfect group size is 6-8. We're happy to host all 10, but please keep in mind it will be a little cozier. ✧ Pets ✧
Pets are allowed, but only if they are fully potty trained and well behaved. The home is fully carpeted so this is a hard requirement. Please reach out if you have any concerns about this.

✧ Septic ✧
Please keep in mind that we run on septic. So please do not flush ANYTHING that's not toilet paper. We have cute reminder signs posted above the toilets in each bathroom so you don’t forget!

✧ Wildlife ✧
We are in a remote mountain area so please be mindful of animals when outside (and while driving). There have been deer and other wildlife known to visit the area so don’t leave food outside.

✧ Fires ✧
Every summer there is a strict burn ban in the area, usually June through September. No fires or open flames, including candles. The gas BBQ grill and gas fireplace are okay to use during a burn ban.

✧ Neighborhood ✧
We are in a community with neighbors who live here full time. Please be mindful of noise levels at all times and help maintain a peaceful environment for all.

Please no smoking and no events. Private elopements are welcome :)
