Welcome to our roomy Cleveland townhome, ideally located for exploring downtown on foot. Enjoy close access to Browns Stadium, Rock Hall, Playhouse Square, CSU, the Cavs arena, and Progressive Field. The master suite offers a private retreat with all amenities like a washer/dryer. The open living area and equipped kitchen add comfort. Plus, parking is easy with a 2-car garage. Your Cleveland adventure starts here.

Excellent value. Clean and comfortable. All the 5 star reviews I read before reserving were right. But most important, the host went 110% to insure that all the information needed before during and after the stay was given. This stay was right after the blizzard so there was concern they might be some things to work through due to the storm but, the host made sure everything was fine and the stay and place were great. More than anything else, having a great host is always the most important thing. Highly recommend this listing.

The townhome is in a great location if you have any appointments at the Cleveland clinic. It was about 4 miles away from my appointments. It was great to have my own garage. Nice set up for being away from home for a week. Stephen was responsive to questions. I would choose to stay here again.

This townhome suited us well for our stay while my son attended a swim meet at Cleveland State for the weekend. Parking in the garage was convienient, although verrrry tight. The place was clean upon arrival and the coffee bar came in handy!

The townhouse was as advertised with no surprises. Garage parking is tight but very nice and convenient to have private covered parking at the property. Good supply of various coffee K-cups was greatly appreciated. Communication with host was good with immediate responses to our questions. Would definitely rent this place again

The apartment was spacious and meticulously clean. Everything looked quite new, and there was no rundown look. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. The neighborhood was conveniently located and quiet. Equally importantly, the hos responded to every question within just a few minutes, both before and after I booked. I don't believe I have ever stayed at a rental with a more responsive host. I would recommend this apartment to anyone.

Great space with all the comforts needed for a week long stay. Was able to enjoy a good night's sleep every night. Fully functional kitchen and baths. Definitely 2 nice rooms with queen beds and a sleeper sofa means was a bit big for a single guest. No complaints!

This place was very spacious and clean. The attached garage was great and responses from the owner were fast. I wish the neighborhood was a little more developed, but it is getting there.

Great Place for Exploring Cleveland

Spent a couple of days taking in a Guardians game, visiting the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, listening to some local bands play, and eating at some great restaurants. This location was a great place to stay to do all of that and get a good nights sleep. The owner/manager was very easy to communicate with and everything was exactly as described.
