It was a nice stay

It was a nice stay. The room was clean. I stayed in a bottom floor king room which was nice and convenient. The only issue I had was the shower curtain was very dirty which isn't a huge deal for me. Everything else was clean. It was a comfortable stay for the price it was. The heater worked like no other. It got very hot in the room so I switched to A.C and that worked very well too. I would stay here again. I did enjoy my stay very much. I appreciate the housekeeping lady. She was very nice during checkout. I am also in housekeeping so I know how much of a struggle it could be. Thank you so much housekeeping staff and Dee for the nice room.

We were very surprised at how comfortable our stay was at the Red Roof Inn... and our room was very clean and well supplied. It was very simple & had older buildings, but we (3 women) felt just fine staying there on a long road trip. Clean, kind & helpful staff, no complaints.

Oh my ache and back.

The beds were very uncomfortable after the first night my back killed me had to sleep on those things one more night worse the second night other than that the place was good. Beds were horrible. The staff was nice and gracious. The area was good. It was just the beds. If the beds were better, he would’ve gotten a better score.

Time for demolition

I will say the employees were so friendly and kind. But unfortunately the place is run down. The rooms smelled very strong of mold. Im not sure it's been deep cleaned in years. Bed was so uncomfortable, pillows flat. Cieling was breaking and crumbling. The electronic key to get into the room took several times to work. We had them change it but it made no difference. We had another couple in another room and they had the same issues. They probably need to get new locks. Then to top it off there was a tip envelope. When did motels start expecting tips? They didn't even clean daily or make the bed. Would not recommend.

No staff. My Mom gets cold in the evenings so I asked for an extra blanket. I was told there wasn't any staff to get her one until 6 am. No hair dryer, exactly 2 towels and was cloths, but a big safe in the corner of the room . We were given a room right on the highway side so it was very noisy. I won't stay there again.
