Each bedroom offers cozy sitting areas, ensuring you always have a spot to relax with your favorite beverage. One features a king sized bed, while the other has a queen. Outside, you`ll find a secluded, fully fenced backyard, a deck, and a charcoal grill—an ideal space for privacy and tranquility.
Located just a 5-minute drive from The Beachwood Mall and a 2-minute walk to the vibrant Cedar-Warrensville shops, bars, and restaurants, this home offers convenience at its best.
