I lifted my mattress, and there was dirty used needles, and some drugs under my mattress, they do not clean and they do not care. They also demand cash deposit only please please please do not ever come to this hotel. You will get bedbugs or stuck with a dirty needle and if proof is needed, I took a video.

I didn't get to stay in the hotel because they wouldn't give me a room even though I already paid they said they want a 100 dollar deposit I didn't have it so my day was ruined

There is really nothing that I like except the guy that checked us in Was very professional and resourceful. We walked in the room.It's not like animals and something grinding. There were some type of pet hair on the bench. The toilet paper was used and no extra one brand new available. Towels had stains on it. Bed was super uncomfortable that i didnt sleep. 3 queen pillows on there and no comforter. Back of toulet seat cracked. It is super ghetto and not comfortable. I will not be returning here. They even charge $100 cash deposit for this dam room!

We have had such good luck with Hotel.com I am surprised by this one and the online reviews were good. I never leave reviews but this one needs to be taken off your list. Tired and worn out property. Mold in the room and bathroom. Dripping sink and shower faucets. Inoperable thermostat.

Absolutely horrible experience, my worst stay at a hotel ever. I've never seen a hotel in such horrible condition. Sheets were stained, room was filthy, would never stay here again.
