We ended up having to move to 3 different rooms. The first room smelled like weed and had ashes in the soap dish in the bathroom. The second room was 61 degrees and never progressed to higher heat for 2 hours. The engineer came up and moved us to a 3rd room which was finally a good, warm room. The engineer and Waad at the front desk were extremely helpful but the experience was difficult. When I mentioned this to the front desk, while checking out, she merely said "Oh, I'm sorry to hear that, have a good day."

Upon arrival this place seemed very nice, then the elevator was janky and kept shutting on us and we got stuck in it twice, the drywall in our room was cracked and paint peeling, the shower was either boiling hot burning my skin or ice cold literally no in between, kids running up the halls until 2-3 am, the “queen” beds are actually full sized, the have the back doors to the building where the main parking is bungee corded shut so you have to walk in the brutal snow and wind over sheets of ice to the other doors. They say that breakfast is included but then inform you by email on the day of check in that it’s to be purchased separately upon check in, but won’t mention it unless you ask in person, housekeeping did not replace my linens or toilet paper the entire 5 days we were there or even change our trash except when I stopped them in the hall once to ask for towels and I had to go to the front desk to get toilet paper, also they only have 1 microwave in the entire building of 1000 rooms and it’s at the front desk. Half of the lights in the hallways are burnt out bulbs, your room keys will stop working for no reason, the pool was very cold not “heated” as advertised, the hot tub is “under maintenance” and the pool filters were not even on either even though they were allowing people to swim, so gross. They have the smallest refrigerators possible in the rooms, and again, why no microwaves? This hotel SUCKS! Looks sort of nice at first but it is a lie. Don’t waste money here

This was a lovely hotel on first impressions. But, it is in sore need of repair. Two of the four elevators were not functional and the one we rode in had no heat and was very cold. Our room did not have enough towels. The hot tub was broken. The room w the pool was unusually cold and the pool water was cold also. In the fitness room some machines were broken and none were hooked up to the TV as the cable was hanging from the outlet. We had no hot water in our shower and were told we had to go to a room on the first floor to take a shower. It proved to be an handicapped shower that was not clean Our security latch for our room was broken off. The maid did not even leave us fresh towels after we specifically asked her. When we asked about the poor upkeep, at front desk the lady said she did not know and only works there. When we booked this hotel it offered a free breakfast buffet. The day we arrived, we got a email that they are now charging for the buffet. They did honor the free buffet but it was very sparse. We were sorely disappointed in this Wyndham hotel and would never recommend it.

Freezing night!

No heat in the room and they had me reset the breakers cause I guess they didn’t have some to do it. I was given a space heater but it kept tripping the breaker and the manager on call said he didn’t like to move ppl from rooms. So I had to deal with a very cold night and no sleep. Very upset! Uncalled for. Also hot water was lukewarm so I couldn’t even take a hot shower.
