Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
We had two deluxe rooms and in one room the bathroom sliding door did not work - no staff to fix as weekend. We had stayed the previous evening and left our luggage as had to change rooms but the staff did not say there was an event happening in the town that meant to getting to the hotel was almost impossible if we had been warned could have done things differently. No space restaurant and for a family of seven with one of us with a broken foot absolutely useless in helping us find a solution. Check in staff are the first thing you come across in a hotel in this one they are dreadful.
Beds are comfy and showers were good. Can't think of anything else positive about the whole experience and sincerely hope we never have to revisit this hotel or this town.
We paid 567euros for the two rooms and no offer of a slight reduction for the door to bathroom not working - for a four star hotel the staff need lessons on how to make a customer feel valued and if this is how Best Western operate I won't be staying in another.
