This 100+ year old vacation rental has been newly renovated with modern touches to make any traveler feel right at home. This downstairs unit features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, living room, fully stocked kitchen, and a laundry room/dinning area. With just a short 1/2 block walk to downtown Cloverdale, you will find restaurants, bars, shopping and live music in the summer. This 2 unit apartment complex is located in the heart of wine country, surrounded by world class dining and wineries. It’s the perfect place for a get away with friends or family!

Last minute stay

We had to change plans due to some weather in Lassen Volcanic NP so we decided to stay in Cloverdale. The place was walkable to local restaurants and shops as well as the sculptures through town. We were close by vineyards and enjoyed some wine tasting while we were there. The beds were comfortable and the house was well stocked. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

The Perfect Spot

We (4 adults) stayed because we were attending friend’s wedding in Cloverdale. This was the perfect spot. Parking was easy. The beds were super comfortable. There was definitely attention little details like makeup towels, travel toiletries, welcome wine, etc. it really felt like a home away from home.

Great Apartment

Very close to main street. Clean and comfortable. Cute decor. Super easy to access and very nice host. Only issue that may not be good for light sleepers. Window air conditioning units in the bedrooms are loud and inconsistent regarding noise. You can clearly hear the people on the floor above when they walk around, etc.

Too short of a stay!

Having the A/C on for us was Lovely and very appreciated! The only issue was that the floor of the shower was slippery. I would advise some type of non-slip material there. Other than that, we didn't get to stay really long enough to fully enjoy the place. Would highly recommend! Thanks.

Great unit - Lindsey was easy to work with too ! Unit nice and as advertised - close to downtown/shops (coffee shop/restaurants/bar, etc). We'll be back to stay again if we get to Cloverdale.

Great spot for family gathering near Cloverdale

We had a big family Christmas gathering near Cloverdale and needed a place to stay. This flat worked out perfectly for the two of us and our adult son. Two bedrooms, a nice bath, living room & kitchen. Right in the downtown area so it was easy to stop for coffee on our way out each morning.
