The Space:
This listing is part of a home that is private to only you but some bedrooms are locked up to make it more affordable for smaller groups. No one else will share the home or property with you.

*The garage is not included in the rental
Pet Rules:
*Pets must not be left unattended in the home at any time
*Pets are charged a $20 per pet per night fee, plus a refundable $150 pet deposit after booking.
* Any damage from your pet will be at the cost of the guest from pet deposit amount.
*Guest must pick up all pet waste and must not leave pet to roam the house unsupervised. A $50 fee will be charged if pet waste is not picked up. Pets are not allowed on the furniture and an additional cleaning fee may apply if there is excessive dog hair, stains or damage to furniture.
*Pet deposit will be returned within 2 weeks of departure as long as rules are followed and damages are not found.
*Pets must be kept on a leash in all public areas (i.e. the driveway) at all times
*Pet deposit is forfeit if any pet rules are not followed

This home is in a beautiful community surrounded by nature. It is not unusual to see deer in the yard. The house is in walking distance of a small lake that allows fishing and non motorized boating. There is a mile long walking path along the lake and a clubhouse with bar and restaurant on one end of the lake.
We provide starter coffee and tea for your stay.

Guest Access:
*Parking for 1 vehicle is included (additional vehicles $25 per night)
* Please put infants as children in your guest total, we do count them as a paying guest.
* No unaccounted for guests, very strictly enforced, see additional house rules! (property has exterior cameras).This listing is based on double occupancy, meaning there is a fee for each guest beyond 2 people. Day visitors are not allowed so EVERY PERSON on the property (including children and infants*) at any time must be on your reservation. Maximum guest occupancy is 4.

* Early checkin and Late check out MUST be a arranged in advance and will come with a charge. The Housekeeping company pays their staff by the hour, whether they are cleaning or waiting for guests to leave. In general they charge a fee of $25 per hour to alter the check in or check out time
*We do not alter our cancellation policy for instances of snow, rain, smoke from fires and closures to the national park.

The Neighborhood:
The house is on a corner lot and is in a quiet and safe community. You will be a few minutes drive from all basic amenities such as gas station, grocery store etc.

Getting Around:
You will need a car.

Note: At times Yosemite National Park requires reservations, see the official website for details, if you fail to get them you can take the YARTS bus or another tour into the park without reservations.

Other Things to Note:
Charcoal for the grill is not provided. While we try to keep salt, pepper and oil stocked for your convenience, it is not guaranteed.

The thermostat is set to allow you to set it to a minimum and maximum temperature. Should you need to exceed these temperature limits there are additional fees.

Please note: some roads from the East, such as Tioga Pass and Glacier Point are seasonal and are closed October through June.

Pack-n-play must be requested in advance.

PLEASE NOTE: Hot Tub is available for use 24/7 but please know that the hot tub servicer will stop by at some point, during daytime hours, to service the hot tub. We do also have other service providers (Gardner, pest control etc) that may be outside on he property during daytime hours, from time to time.

You will receive a fee request after booking to cover housekeeping expense. The housekeeping company charges $50 on checkouts on any of the previously mentioned holidays

Pets must not be left in the home unattended or pet deposit will be forfeit.

Please Note: We do not alter our cancellation policy for instances of rain, snow, smoke from fires, failure to get a reservation to the National park or closures to the national park. Please purchase your travel insurance accordingly.

Lost and Found: All lost and found items will be kept for up to 7 days. Shipping cost and staff time to mail it back will be charged to the guest. The minimum fees to ship an item start at $50 and goes up depending on shipping cost.

Interaction with Guests:
We respect the privacy of our guests. We are available during daytime hours by messaging though the app or email, or in an emergency by phone.
