La informacion de las habitaciones no es la correcta, reservamos una cama Queen en el portal y en el hotel no tienen camas Queen, no dieron habitacion con dos camas pero el personal del hotel muy amables nos dieron una habitacion con cama King, sin embargo el ruido pasa por las puerstas y ventanas y no se siente suficiente provacidad.

La habitación tenía un fuerte olor a coladera que salía del baño, solicitábamos cambio de habitación pero nos dijeron que no había habitaciones disponibles, el personal se esforzó por resolver el problema pero al final tuvimos que convivir con ese olor lo que hizo nuestra estancia muy incomoda. Solo de recordarlo vuelvo a sentir náuseas. Por otra parte el Internet es malísimo, tiene muchas desconexiónes y es muy lento.

El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación la atención de todo el personal fue muy buena el desayuno esquisito café jugo fruta y huevos al gusto muy limpio me tocó ver que lavan las almohadas muy cómodas las camas el acceso del estacionamiento a los cuartos y se encuentra a una cuadra del parque principal

El hotel es cumplidor con una excelente ubicación muy cerca de la plaza del centro y a parte cuenta con estacionamiento sobre la calle Colón. El cuál se conecta directamente al hotel. El único detalle fue que al llegar solo aceptaban pagos en efectivo.

Dentro de la información de Expedía mencionan que no hay cargo extra por llevar una mascota, pero al llegar a recepción se cobró un cargo extra. Y ojo, no es por el dinero, ya que fue un monto muy bajo, pero es cuestión de transparencia.
