Casa Meraki is a brand NEW Ocean View Villa located only 300m (0.2 miles) from white sand beaches and surf beach breaks of Santa Teresa. Modern style villa with infinity pool offers stunning views of the Pacific Ocean. You can enjoy watching the waves break on the beach, whales during mating season and amazing sunsets. Just 200m (0.1 miles) to some of the best restaurants in town.

The Villa offers open spaces facing the ocean, surrounded by green jungle. Modern-tropical style with a wonderful infinity pool. You can enjoy the 40m2 (430 sq ft) deck to do yoga in the morning or have a relaxing drink in the afternoon while enjoying the sunset and the sound of the waves.

Fantastic view, looks just like the listing. Communication was great, helped book ATVS, horseback riding & lots of restaurant recommendations. Very helpful! Would recommend future guests to get ATVS because up a long hill & town had significant road closures. Thank you Ricardo & stefanie!

Amazing views - Fantastic property!!!

This house is immaculate. The pool area is the best of any house I have stayed in. You have a view of the ocean on one side, and views of the howler and white faced monkeys on the other side. We were three couples traveling together. Each of us had our separate spaces. The kitchen and multiple living areas were perfect for us. The property manager Stephanie is the best. Anything we needed, she took care of it. Renting a side by side or a four wheeler for at least a day or two is a must. Tons of fun! Go see the Montezuma waterfall, it's worth the drive and hike. The owner, Ricardo was quick to answer any question even though he was traveling. We dove with Iguana Divers while in Santa Teresa and saw sharks, lobster, thousands of fish - and to top it off a 20' wide manta ray! Incredible! This is a great outfit, we highly recommend them. Rent this house - you will not regret it!

Beautiful Place

My family of four, with a 13 and 9yo, had a great time here and would’ve liked to stay forever. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space, with lots of shade. At times we had ten people over and it never seemed crowded. The infinity pool has an amazing view and we spent hours in it. The house keeper, maintenance and night watchman all do a great job and are friendly, the place was super clean. The location is great, very short walk to town and beaches, lots of stores and restaurants. Even a couple just a few doors down the hill. And if you don’t want to walk, there’s plenty of parking for a vehicle in the gated driveway. Ricardo was quick to respond to all my questions and super helpful with setting things up for us, like a taxi from the airport and early check in for my 75yo mother-in-law, vehicle rental and a snorkel tour. Thanks again Ricardo! We had an unforgettable time!

Amazing experience!

We had such an amazing time at the house! Ricardo has done an amazing job with the property. Everything is super clean and well kept and the property/views are breathtaking. We had access to everything we needed and the location is also in a great spot. Ricardo was an amazing host and helped us with anything we needed help with. Exceeded all of our expectations and we are all looking forward to coming back. Couldn't recommend this place more for anyone to visit :)
