This property is beside a major highway but room was still quiet. I like the air conditioner fan on for air circulation. The only issue is that, as it was a window unit, the curtain hung over the air flow, and propping the curtain open left a view into the room from the parking lot.

The staff at the front desk ( new building) went above and beyond. Highly recommend this place. Theres 2 buildings, a newer updated one is at the back. The older building from the outside looks like roadside motel look.

We stayed one night during a long road trip and needed to stop for the night in Cochrane. The front desk attendant was friendly but was bare foot and kept running to a back room? It seemed odd. The hotel is a bit confusing too. There is a "motel" style building in front, and behind that is a newer "hotel" building. After booking I noticed one of the pictures of the room indicated and outside access entry. I did not feel that this would be a safe choice so I called to inquire and was told I could request an "interior" room? If I hadn't called to ask would we have been given an interior room or a cheaper, older exterior room? Who else would know to do that? The newer hotel is very obscured in behind and it's not visible so I doubt anyone would know it's there. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker, large TV. Complimentary breakfast was actually very good.... make your own waffles, egg bites, fruit, yogurt, juices, and good coffee for the road. There were mouse traps all over the place so it was a bit off-putting to eat with a mouse trap at your feet. Overall, not the worst place we've stayed. The price was good for a one night stay when you need to rest for the night.

A nice stop

The hotel has been built in behind an older wing. It is brand new - squeaky, shiny clean. Everything works. Busy but quiet. Conveniently located. Reasonable breakfast.

This small little town was a stop before I head into Quebec and while a short stay a good portion of the rooms are in the brand new area ( as of 2025), which meant spacious and new design/materials! Great value for the price. Not the best sidewalks in the area but I still walked to some food places near by.
