Riverstone is a great home base for exploring all Coeur d'Alene. The large bathroom off the main bedroom has a lovely walk-in shower. The large kitchen and deck are perfect for cooking and enjoying meals.

The North Idaho Centennial Trail spans 23 miles, running from the Idaho/Washington state line to Higgins Point, located 6 miles east of Coeur d'Alene at the end of Coeur d'Alene Lake Drive. This Class I & II paved trail is ideal for walking, jogging, or cycling. At the state line, it connects to the Spokane River Centennial Trail, which continues through Riverfront Park (22.5 miles west) and extends to Nine Mile Falls.

The Village at Riverstone offers a vibrant mix of shopping, dining, spas, and places to enjoy a brew or cocktail, plus so much more!

The condo is easily accessible via elevators. Free parking is available in all lots within the Village at Riverstone community, except for the one-hour spots near the two buildings closest to the movie theater. All Riverstone shopping and dining options are just a short walk away, either on the ground floor or just a minute’s stroll down the east path, with more businesses lining the way near the theater.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
