Access
Positioned on the ground floor of a hillside residence, the apartment is accessed via external timber stairs along the side of the home (as shown in the photos). This adds to the elevated outlook, however guests will need to be comfortable navigating stairs.

Parking
Parking is available via free, untimed street parking, with spots typically found directly out the front or very close to the property. While there is no onsite parking, guests generally won’t have trouble finding a convenient space nearby.

Dress Circle is one of Coffs Harbour’s elevated residential pockets, positioned on the hillside behind the iconic Big Banana. From here, you’ll enjoy sweeping views across the city, out to the ocean and surrounding hinterland.
