Whether you arrive by train or by car, this new and modern apartment is logistically ideal for any type of trip.



If arriving by car, you can temporarily stop on the street to unload your luggage and then park later either in front of the building or in the nearby paid open-air parking, right across from the property.



Upon arrival at the building, you can collect the keys independently, directly from the safety box.

Needless to say, it’s incredibly convenient to be able to arrive at any time and in complete freedom.



Passing through the main entrance, you’ll find yourself in front of the elevator, which will comfortably take you to your floor with your suitcases.

The apartment is on the sixth floor.



Once you cross the threshold of your new and modern home, you’ll find yourself in the bright living area.

A sign with access to the free WiFi will immediately make you feel at home.



A comfortable sofa is positioned right in front of the Smart TV, Full HD high definition.

To the right, the large window with a view of the horizon and the sea.



Here, you can enjoy a perfect morning while sipping a good Italian coffee.



In the same space, further ahead, is the kitchen equipped with everything you need for your stay.

A modern hob, a microwave, fridge and freezer, kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine.



Some coffee pods and various herbal teas are offered by the host.



A table with four seats completes the kitchen. Plates, cutlery, various pots as well as sachets of salt, oil, vinegar and sugar are stored in the compartments.



The sleeping area is divided into two.



The first suite has a very comfortable Queen Size bed that will ensure a restful sleep so you can start fresh for the adventures that await the next day.



Sheets, linen, pillows, duvets and towels are provided for your stay.



The second bedroom offers a bunk bed that can accommodate two additional guests.

A spacious balcony completes the room.



Finally, there is the spacious bathroom, equipped with full ceramic sanitary ware, WC with spray, bidet and a shower where you can unwind before bed or before heading out on a new adventure!



There is a hot and cold air conditioner in every room, ensuring a perfect stay.



And when you’re out? You’re in Liguria, a region famous for its beautiful coasts and beaches, nestled in rocky coves perfect for swimming or taking unforgettable photos.



From Genoa, the largest city in Liguria, you’ll have the chance to explore the coastline and its lovely seaside villages, or venture inland to discover renowned farmhouses or go trekking in the nearby Beigua Park.



Just passing through before flying to exotic destinations? This apartment is ideal, located just minutes from Genoa's Cristoforo Colombo Airport.



Are you a shopping lover and the many shops in the city centre are not enough? With a relatively short trip, you can reach Serravalle with its large fashion outlet, where you’ll find your favourite brands.



For food lovers: Liguria offers a wide variety of recipes known all over the world – and only here can you taste the real Genovese Pesto, Recco’s Focaccia and much more.
