Room well appointed and spacious but starting to look very tired. We booked a junior suite which is our favourite room. Sofa bed is uncomfortable to sit on but main bed was good. Curtain rails were broken on one set so couldn’t close them properly. Furniture is starting to look old and the fridge was warm (even though it was switched on). Bathroom looking very tired now. We really like this hotel, the staff are lovely but these rooms need a serious makeover and re-modernising.

Beautiful setting, excellent gym with everything a fitness lover could ask for. Nice hotel, clean, friendly staff currently undergoing renovations to rooms to update them but was nice enough with plenty of space. Wound definitely stay again.

Staff were welcoming, friendly and polite. Triple room was spacious and clean. Some necessary refurbishments under way to upgrade. Water pressure was low but we were upgraded to twin double deluxe room. Nothing too much trouble. Good quality breakfast and sports bar dinner. Spa area clean and plenty of seating. Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and large pool.
