Family and friends

The house was big enough for 2 families. It was very clean and comfortable. The property is beautiful and Cold Springs was the perfect spot for everything we wanted to do while in NY. The caretakers were very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Lots of space, lots of memories made!

We needed a place to house our extended family of 9 for a few days near Newburgh and Fishkill. This place was perfect! There was plenty of space for everyone, and everything about the house and property was top notch. We also visited Cold Spring and Beacon, both of which are cute little towns with lots of character. The backyard firepit came in handy too when we entertained some local friends. Ida and Matt were great hosts and were responsive to our every question and need. If/when we are back in the area, I won't hesitate to book this place again.

Clean and Comfortable

The house was clean and comfortable. We had 2 families totally 9 people. We fit comfortably. Check in was easy and the property managers were responsive and helpful.
