Condo St Maarten Residence is located in the quiet and gated Indigo Bay housing estate. At 8 miles from sxm airport.

Ideally situated between dutch side capital of Philipsburg with its gorgeous bay, white sand beach, duty free shops, cruise ships and Simpson Bay renowned for the night life, casino, restaurants, nightclubs.
Supermarkets are 5 minutes away.

Condo St Maarten is a newly modern beachfront residence. Each appartment has AC, and fully equipped: high performance wifi, panoramic bedrooms, spacious kitchen, a terrace overlooking the bay and right by the Indigo Bay beach. Few steps away from the beach. You will get a free and private parking, a large swimming pool with lounge chairs. A concierge is on site to welcome you and help you throughout your stay.

The panoramic condo is a 970 square feet apartment where you can have up to 4 people.
From your bed you will have a breathtaking view on the bay just like on a boat. You will be
able to admire the cruise ships coming to Philipsburg, as well as Saba and St Kitts islands.
From the terrace you will be cradled by the soothing sound of the waves. The bedroom has a
king size bed and the living room a sofa bed. From the shower you will have a sea view
thanks to the glass panel.
All the apartments are equipped with:

The apartment is new and clean with great views. The pool was great. The community area of Indigo Bay is currently being built (2026). There is a very nice beach bar and restaurant with a 5 minutes walk from the property.

We had a wonderful stay at Condostmaarten. The location was great: beautiful view and very quiet and peaceful. The condo was very clean. Our host was very good... excellent communication and the condo concierge was wonderful. Whenever we messaged her she always responded quickly and addressed our questions and requests. The only thing I would say that could be improved was some of the amenities should be replaced. For example the drip coffee maker and the electric kettle. The bed did not have any blankets just a top sheet, we like some blankets for comfort. They did supply some small blankets upon request. Extra towels would have been nice also. These are just little things though and our overall our stay was excellent.

This is like paradise

Perfect location with breathtaking view, very nice condo with everything we need with the ocean at your feet. Large pool and 2 cabanas at our disposition. Also a big terrace where we could enjoy the sun or diner. Big thank you to Kevin and Mathilde who took took care of everything. Will come back for sure.

Stunning view of Indigo bay

Lovely modern condo, sublime pool overlooking the bay, fantastic location, sunset views with stunning view of Indigo bay with soothing sounds of the surf. Short walk to quiet beach with a fabulous beach side restaurant. Our host Charles was responsive to any questions or needs we had.

Wonderful week in Indigo

We love SXM and were excited to finally stay a week in the Indigo Bay area. The condo was very clean with a wonderful balcony overlooking the pool and the bay. The bedroom and bath both provided great views as well, and we enjoyed waking up every morning to passing cruise ships making their way to Philipsburg. The pool area provides both sun and shaded areas, providing a nice place to relax for days we decided not to drive. Charles, the concierge, was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. We felt secure knowing that the entrance to Indigo Bay is gated and the attendant was always friendly. We were able to walk around the different roads and paths in Indigo Bay each day. The beach is easily accessible as well, though it was surrounded by construction for the new resort during our stay. Indigo Beach Restaurant is always one of our favorite chill spots for food and drinks on the island.

Indigo Paradise

Very nice property, right on the bay. The condo is new and is well equipped. The views are fantastic. The property manager, Charles, is great. Everything was as advertised. Would definitely stay here again. Our 8th time to the island and first time to Indigo Bay. Really enjoyed our stay.

Good Morning Paradise

I can’t write enough to accurately describe my stay!! Before my trip Charles (concierge) stayed in contact regarding everything I could possibly want or need upon arrival! I didn’t think the level of service could be any better. When I arrived it KEPT GETTING BETTER!! Charles was there to meet me ( had the pleasure to meet his lovely fiance, Claire) as soon as I arrived!! He helped us with our bags and showed up the grounds. The apartment looks EXACTLY like the pictures and no special touch was left out!! There is laundry on the 2nd floor but you have to provide your own supplies. Only problem is that others were not considerate about emptying machine promptly. So I just didn’t do laundry! I had very few needs but Charles met / anticipated all of them within minutes!!! No matter the time! I was traveling alone for part of my trip and Charles/Clare kept a good watchful eye on me ! I really appreciated that! The location is superb and the proximity to the Indigo Beach club was a plus!! I will be back- this was an amazing place!
