A second, more intimate bedroom also on this level offers 1 double bed measuring 140 cm, accompanied by its own shower, bidet, and WC, and likewise opens onto the garden. An open-plan kitchen with a bar counter connects seamlessly to the living area, and a separate WC is also available on this floor.

On the lower ground floor, a third bedroom provides 1 double bed and a private bathroom with shower, bidet, and WC, along with its own garden access. This level also features an additional bathroom equipped with a shower, bidet, WC, a hydromassage bath, and a sauna.
