Dimora Alessandra is an ancient renovated country villa, ideal for four people, with private garden and pool, located near Collazzone, a medieval village nestled in the Umbrian hills. Once a rest stop for the postiglioni who changed horses and rested here, the house has been completely restored under the supervision of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage. Traditional elements such as ancient stone walls, wooden beamed ceilings, terracotta and parquet floors have been preserved, while the interiors have been made more modern and comfortable. Furnished in rustic style, the living area on the ground floor is open space and includes a kitchen and living room with direct access to the porch and garden. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms. Outside, the well-kept garden has a shaded dining area, large lawns and a pool surrounded by greenery. The location is perfect for visiting the heart of Umbria, with Perugia, Assisi and Todi within easy reach.

The villa is spread over two floors connected by an internal staircase and for a total area of about 90 square meters. GROUND FLOOR — Large open space living area with sofa, ornamental fireplace, dining area and kitchen; direct access to the porch and garden through French windows; bathroom with shower. FIRST FLOOR — Two double bedrooms that share a bathroom with shower. The laundry room is located on the ground floor, with access only from outside. Air conditioning in the bedrooms (portable air conditioner in a room).
Park:
The property is surrounded by about 3,500 square meters of flat garden, partially fenced with hedges. The garden is home to large lawns, flowering shrubs and tall trees typical of the area. Next to the villa there is a large porch furnished with a dining table, chairs, sofas, armchairs and a fixed barbecue. The main gate opens onto a gravel driveway that leads to two uncovered parking spaces. An independent pedestrian gate is located near the entrance of the house. N.B.: Please note that the photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.
Pool:
The pool is located just 3 meters from the villa, on the same level as the garden. Rectangular in shape, it measures 12 x 6 meters with a depth varying from 1.20 to 1.60 meters. It is covered in PVC, with a travertine edge, accessible via a metal ladder; chlorine purification system; internal lighting with spotlights. The terracotta-paved solarium area is equipped with sun loungers, deckchairs, umbrella and cold water shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
