Great stay. Very clean

Room was great. Dispite it being busy, the staff was friendly and helpful. The valet workers were great but im not a fan of having to use valet in general. The only con is the tv connection was horrible. Pretty much watched a movie frame by frame in between the connection going out all together. Other than that the stay was great!

Hotel and staff were great! People complain about valet but the fee is clearly stated in hotel info when booking. Valet staff Aron was amazing..very friendly! The only issue is people need to teach their children hotel etiquette. Kids above was jumping all night and yelling. NOT HOTELS FAULT!

Customer service is lacking.

After being cancelled for a flight to London we booked her because of the proximity to the airport. I called prior to our arrival to let them know it would be an after midnight check in. The lady who answered said “yeah ok” and quickly hung up. She didn’t get my name or anything. We get to the hotel at about 2:30am totally exhausted and lo and behold she can’t find our reservation. The same lady I spoke to said “oh o remember yoh calling and I still put you as a no show.” She then giggled. After about 15 minutes she fixed it. The situation and her attitude were beyond frustrating. That being said, the room was huge, clean, and comfortable. The proximity to the airport was a plus for the situation. Perhaps with a different clerk it would have been a better experience. The valet guys when checking out were great.
