It consists of a living room - dining room, a kitchenette (equipped with a top refrigerator, mini dishwasher, microwave and mini oven, 2 ceramic hobs), a bedroom with a 140 bed, and an extra sleeping area with 90 cm bed and a bathroom-WC.a small balcony overlooking a typical pedestrian street, air conditioning in the main room.

Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it upon handing over the keys (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit toiletries: with a large and a small towel: €8.00).
