Very bright apartment, not overlooked, with a beautiful panoramic view of the vineyards and the mountain. Living room overlooking a large private terrace, full sun, partly covered by a shade sail, equipped with garden furniture and sun loungers.

Comfort with air conditioning, fully equipped with appliances. Provision of internet Wifi. Private parking in front of the house.

Close to the beach (250m) the apartment is located on a path very little used by cars because dead end. The environment is serene and bucolic, very green. The path leads through the vineyards, on one side to the hiking trails overlooking the bay of Collioure (plans made available by the owner) and on the other side to beaches (250m) and village (center 10mn to foot). Shops are at 200m: bakery, grocery store, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, anchovy trade, tobacco-press .... The use of the car is useless because the amenities are nearby. From the entrance, nice view on Fort St Elme and the old windmill.

Well Located Holiday Flat In a Most Beautiful Town

This is an attractive and well-equipped holiday flat in the most beautiful of harbour-side resorts. It is tucked away behind the town with the most beautiful hillside views from the balcony at the back.We stayed here for one week in July and were very grateful for the very efficient air conditioning and general comfort of the flat. The owners were very helpful and friendly and took time to tell us about the attractions that the area had to offer. The local town has so much to offer in the way of eating, drinking, walking, history and swimming in the calm harbour. We would return here and would recommend it as an ideal holiday let for people wanting to relax and explore this beautiful and unspoiled part of France.

Great location and well equipped apartment.

Despite rather dark and airless bedrooms this is a bright sunny and well equipped apartment with the added bonus of a parking space. It has a lovely large terrace with wonderful views of the hills and vineyards. It is ideally located close to the town and beaches and our host Michel was very friendly and helpful.

Emplacement idéal

Proche des commerces, de la plage et de plus avoir un emplacement pour son véhicule: c'est un véritable bonheur lorsqu'on séjourne à Collioure. Appartement calme, au milieu de la verdure avec tout le confort (climatisation , four traditionnel....)

Ruhige idyllisch gelegene Wohnung

Die Lage der Wohnung ist ruhig, etwas oberhalb vom Ort in wenigen Gehminuten zum Zentrum gelegen. Sie ist zweckmäßig mit allen Nötigen eingerichtet und klimatisiert. Die große Außenterasse lädt zum Verweilen ein. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Achtung! Aufgrund eines Übersetzungsfehlers in der Beschreibung, stehen Bettwäsche und Handtücher zwar zur Verfügung, allerdings für eine Gebühr von €15 pro Person.

Pen leilighet med stor og fin terrasse, vakker utsikt, rolig strøk. Bra utstyrt, fint bad, gode senger, parkeringsplass. Fine turstier fra leiligheten. Bakke opp til boligen. Strand og butikker noen min unna.

Gute ruhige Lage mit kurzem Fußweg nach Collioure

Die Lage der Wohnung ist toll: nah an Collioure und doch ruhig. Man schaut über Weinfelder und Hügel und ist in 5 Minuten Fußweg am Strand. Die Wohnung hat eine große Terrasse und eine Klimaanlage - beides haben wir im August ausgiebig genutzt. Die Wohnungseinrichtung ist veraltet, sowohl die Möbel als auch einige Küchengeräte könnten erneuert werden. Der Vermieter wohnt im gleichen Haus und ist sehr hilfreich und freundlich.

Une belle semaine à Collioure

Joli petit appartement climatisé dans une belle villa sur les hauteurs de Collioure, à 5 minutes à pied du centre ville. Avec un gros avantage, une grande terrasse en baie vitrée, et une vue dégagée superbe. Cuisine équipée sobrement, mais rien ne manque. Située en hauteur, la maison est très calme, sans passage de voiture. parking privé protégé, idéal quand on vient avec une remorque. Départs de randonnées au bout du chemin, idéal pour les sportifs ou les amateurs de marche. Les propriétaires sont charmants et de bons conseil, et nous ont mis à disposition l'équipement bébé, y compris une poussette, ce qui nous a permis de garder de la place dans la voiture. Une adresse à conserver, nous y retournerons certainement ! Jérôme, Lydia et Gabrielle.
