COVID-19 INFORMATION: Dear guests, to ensure your comfort and safety, we have implemented enhanced hygiene measures in our accommodation before your arrival: cleaning and disinfection of frequently touched surfaces, a minimum of 4 hours of ventilation throughout the entire house, washing of sheets and bath towels at 60 degrees Celsius, etc.

Linens (bed sheets, fitted sheets, pillowcases and pillowcases, bath towels and mats, dish towels, and blankets), as well as end-of-stay cleaning, are payable on the day of arrival, upon key handover by the local agency, for a flat fee of €180 per stay. This amount is not included in the booking price.

Sleeping and living areas are separated by a sliding door. Sleeping area:

- Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed (160 cm). French doors with a magnificent view of the open sea. Bathroom 1 with shower, towel warmer, toilet, and sink.

- Bedroom 2: Two single beds (can be joined to make a queen-size bed (160 cm)).

- Bathroom 2 with shower, towel warmer, toilet, and sink.

- Living area:
This is the main living area, comprising the kitchen, a central island with a dining table, and the lounge.

The fitted kitchen includes a 4-burner induction hob with integrated extractor hood, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with a separate freezer, a dishwasher, and a washing machine.

The lounge has a large 4-seater sofa, two coffee tables, and two natural rattan armchairs.

The exterior includes a large terrace with a dining table and two sun loungers, as well as a balcony with a view of the Collioure bell tower.

The roller shutters are electric.

Each room has individual air conditioning. Fiber optic internet - Free Wi-Fi - 48" LG OLED 4K TV
Nespresso coffee machines and traditional coffee maker. Kettle and toaster.
A canister vacuum cleaner and a cordless vacuum cleaner.

One private parking space in a secure, covered garage.

Enjoy the crystal-clear waters at the two beaches located within the residence, with direct pedestrian access.
