This updated 2-bedroom, 1-bath cottage offers a comfortable home base in the heart of Colorado Springs. Whether you're visiting for a weekend getaway, an extended work assignment, or a family vacation, you'll have everything needed for a relaxing stay.
The living room features comfortable seating, a queen sleeper sofa, and a smart TV for streaming your favorite shows after a day of exploring the city.
Both bedrooms include queen beds with comfortable linens. One bedroom also offers a dedicated workspace, making it easy to work remotely during your stay.
The kitchenette is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, hot plate, microwave, coffee maker, and essential cookware for preparing simple meals and snacks. Please note there is no stove, oven, or dishwasher.
Additional conveniences include in-unit laundry, high-speed Wi-Fi, window A/C units in the bedrooms, and portable fans throughout the home. Please note the property does not have central air conditioning.

• No central AC, window AC units in the bedrooms
• This home sits behind another home that is used for business (a restaurant) They are great, be sure to check them out!
• You are downtown, you may occasionally encounter individuals experiencing homelessness in the surrounding area, but they don't come on the property; it is very safe and this home is fairly private.
• Winter months do bring the occasional snowfall in Colorado and the potential for icy road conditions, we advise guests to consider opting for a vehicle equipped with 4WD (Four-Wheel Drive) or AWD (All-Wheel Drive) for a safer and more secure travel accommodations.
• Please be aware, that there is NO mailbox access at this home. You will not be able to receive mail from USPS during your stay.
