I rarely write reviews, but the lack of communication from the property management company was beyond frustrating. I followed all instructions, attempted contact 72hrs prior, no response. Called and left multiple messages, no response. Access was supposed to be through an electronic lock - with the code being the last 4 of the phone number, didn’t work. Finally, after numerous calls and messages left, I was able to get a live person to help gain access. Four codes later- and access was granted. Not to mention, during this time frame, I was stung by multiple wasps nesting near the front door.
Looking around, I saw a security camera- and felt like I was on an episode of punked!!
Inside the home was clean, but several items of note were: missing lampshade in bedroom 2. Poor mattress quality in both bedrooms- with bedroom 1 having a mattress that was smaller than the foundation.
All in all- the stay started off extremely rough… and never got over the initial impression.
