Sisustussuunnittelija Diane Esteyn suunnittelema ja sisustama koti on sisustettu ammattimaisesti lomalle!

Kun kävelet etuovien läpi ja muodollisen aulaan, ranskalaiset ovet johtavat kaksikerroksiseen valotettuun olohuoneeseen, jossa on iso takka, ja omaan terassiinsa. Muodollinen ruokasali on suuri ja siellä on kymmenen paikkainen puutarhanäköalalla. Gourmet-keittiö on poikkeuksellinen, sillä siinä on paljon vastatilaa ja upea Butler-ruokakomero aulan toisella puolella.

Aamiaishuone on aina täynnä aurinkoa ja ranskalaisten ovien kautta he pääsevät toiselle terassille suihkulähteen kanssa ja syövät kymmenen. Tällä tasolla oleva perhehuone tarjoaa näkymät Cheyenne-vuorelle ja Will Rodgersin pyhäköön. Siellä on jälleen iso kaareva takka ranskalaisilla ovilla terassille. Lisäksi iso näyttö TV!

Yläkerrassa on neljä makuuhuonetta, kaksi kylpyhuonetta ja korkea katto-ed-kirjasto, varustettuna kirjoilla nautintoa varten. Makuuhuoneessa on kaksi yksityistä katselutasoa, upea kylpyhuone porealtaalla kahdelle, erillinen suihku, kaksoisallas-turhamaisuus ja pukuhuone.

Alakerrassa astumme toiseen perhehuoneeseen, jossa on baarikeittiö, tutkimus, kylpyhuone ja viides makuuhuone. Tämä alue voi olla täysin yksityinen muusta talosta. Tämän tason perhehuonetta voidaan käyttää myös kuudentena makuuhuoneena, jossa queen-vuode.

Tämä ihastuttava omakotitalo on täynnä paljon erityisiä aksentteja ja kauniita antiikkiesineitä. Siellä on suuri viihdekansi, jossa on suuri kylpytynnyri nauttimaan kauniista Colorado-iltoista. Maailmankuulu viiden tähden hotelli The Broadmoor on vain viiden korttelin päässä, ja lähellä on paljon nähtävyyksiä sekä hienoja ostosmahdollisuuksia ja viihdettä. It is not often to find a large house to accommodate 10 people. This house was perfect in every way. There was plenty of areas for privacy, relaxingand group conversation. The kitchen was large and had everything we needed. The house was also clean! Thank you Terry

Broadmoor area

We enjoyed our stay, close to the Broadmoor and activities we were there to enjoy, quiet neighborhood, close to shopping. The house was clean and ready for us however we could have used more kitchen hand towels and wash cloths. There was not a Keurig coffee maker and if it matters, no TV's in bedrooms. For some in my group it did matter so they went and bought a small TV at Target. The yard and landscape was very overgrown and not maintained so it made it hard to enjoy the backyard or hot tub. Overall, we had a good time and house interior and bedroom spaces were suitable for our group.

Location perfect. Home badly needs updating

We stayed for a family members 60th birthday, the home is big and we were able to play games at the main table. The bad, no central air on the hottest weekend was unbearable in some sleeping rooms, one stove and ice maker did not work, the backyard needs a lot of work we did not use the hot tub or gazebo as it needs to be fixed in many areas and only some chairs had cushions. We all decided it was like stepping back into the 80s, which is fine unless it’s summer time and hot and you are used to more modern amenities It might be better in the winter. this house needs some serious TLC. If you want to be close to Broadmore though location is ideal.

Charming home

We stayed for two nights whole in the area for a family reunion. The house is located near wonderful natural attractions like Garden of the Gods and Manitou. We used the hot tub both nights. Plenty of room to sleep 8 adults and the two kids. The kids loved the charm of this older home. There was a cool unexpected bonus in that a local business has 4 full size Transformer robots so we had to stop for pictures! Watch for them on Cimmeron (Hwy 24) on the way to Old Town Colorado. Very nice place to stay.

Beautiful Home

This home had everything we needed during our stay. We gave the grill a good workout several times and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The location was perfect because it was close to a lot of things we wanted to do. Terry was always checking in to make sure there was nothing we needed. Beautifully furnished!

A lovely home!

Nice family home close to Broadmoor

Very pleasant home in a nice neighborhood with lots of wildlife (deer and rabbits visited the yard on multiple occasions) and nearby wilderness. Host communicated well, met us at the house and personally went through the home's features and idiosyncrasies. It worked well for our family of six to explore the Colorado Springs area, while being convenient to a conference we were attending at the Broadmoor Resort, which was only a couple minutes away.

Wonderful stay at home near Broadmoor

We had a lovely weekend at this home which was perfectly located for our family reunion. We spent most of our time at another large home nearby but our time here was very nice. Our only complaint is that it was a bit hot upstairs. The Air conditioner in the Master Bedroom was helpful. Beautiful antiques throughout.

Great stay, fit our needs

This house is great. It's old. It's odd. But everything is clean, functional, and just the right amount of quirky. We had 5 adult couples staying in this house and we had plenty of room to spread out. The photos don't do the spaces justice. The main kitchen/dining room/living room are fairly open, and then there are additional spaces in the house to relax on a couch or get away from that one friend you've had enough of. Hot tub was nice. The patio was great. The views from the front yard are lovely. The neighborhood is upscale (you might feel like an imposter). The location was close to mountains, and not a far drive to all the things you wanna do in the city. No A/C, and although there are window units in most of the bedrooms, there are basically no screens. Although there are fewer insects than in the Midwest, we had the occasional moth or wasp or whatever buzzing around the house. It mostly worked for us, but there are plenty of people who wouldn't love that. Was really a wonderful stay, and 10/10 would book again.

Ladies Retreat

Colorado Springs was gorgeous. The property manager/ owner was kind. Issues we had was the hot tub was not working and was not good about it til time for trip. There were just other appliances in the home that didn't work. Hot water did not last for dishes and a shower. The jacuzzi tub could not be filled with hot water in general.

Lovely christmas stay

Such a delightful stay. My family did not want to leave. Very spacious home, yet warm and welcoming. Fully stocked w utensils and pots for cooking. Beautifully decorated for Christmas. We had an infant, toddler, and young children, who loved the home and the Christmas cheer in the decor. Terry was very accessible and easy to work with. Hope to return in coming years.

Wonderful home in Broadmoor area, actually short walk to the Broadmoor. Beautiful, safe neighborhood, upscale homes, friendly people. Terry was great, easily contactable, lots of stories and experiences. Home is large, more than enough bedrooms, excellent kitchen, dining , and living area. Was great for a Thanksgiving with family and friends. 15 min to Ft. Carson, even closer to downtown.

Beautiful historic home in gorgeous Broadmoor neighborhood

We stayed for a long weekend, and had a lovely time. Home needs a little updating, but has tremendous charm and loads space. My daughters had a blast exploring and taking advantage of the hot tub. Hosts were available for anything
