Get ready to relax in this beautifully updated 5-bedroom, 5 bathroom Historic Home in Colorado Springs! Each of our bedrooms has a king bed and two of our bedrooms have a daybed and trundle creating a total of 5 kings and 4 twins plus a fold-down large twin couch in the basement living room.

Fully updated turn-of-the-century home with spectacular private courtyard with hot tub, patio and deck in rear is set for large groups to come together!

Our kitchen is well equipped and thoughtfully laid out so that it is easy to cook for large groups.

We have plenty of comfortable dining space! Everyone can sit at a table at one time! Large groups can eat comfortably at our dining room and kitchen tables.

Relax in multiple seating areas inside and outside, including two living rooms, an outdoor deck and a patio under a pergola, and a covered front porch.

Close to many of our area's major tourist attractions, this stunning home makes vacation planning easy!

The yard is a sun-dappled retreat with hot tub, trees, pergola, deck, and bbq grill.

Situated in a tree-lined neighborhood, this home is loaded with both modern amenities like central AC as well as historic beauty.


Guest Access: The main 5 bedroom house, front porch, and the entire fenced in backyard with deck and hot tub are unshared space, completely for our guests' usage.

The host and her husband or family friends will occasionally use the carriage house in the back of the property. The carriage house is a separate residence with the entrance off the alley.

We have exterior motion sensitive cameras and doorbells located on the front, back and basement doors of the main house. One camera is near the side door of the carriage house, and one is by the garage door of the carriage house.

No incense or fire burning candles allowed. Do not use first floor fireplace for burning wood, it is not safe to use.
Use hot tub at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty. Always fasten cover on hot tub when not in use Quiet hours outdoors are between 10pm and 8am.
Make sure all garbage is put into bins and no food is left outside after dark....we don't want to feed the wildlife!

Thea was wonderful and communicated everything very clearly; there's even a guidebook in the entryway with all of the check-in/out procedures, plus things to do around town. We loved it! The home is gorgeous, everything was thoughtfully stocked and decorated, and the kitchen is just gorgeous. It accommodated our group of 9 very comfortably, perfect for a small wedding party. We hope to stay again if we come back with a large enough group!

We had an incredible stay at this home for a wedding weekend, and it exceeded all expectations. The house is absolutely gorgeous, spacious, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully laid out for a large group. It had everything we could possibly need, from well-equipped common areas to comfortable bedrooms that made it easy for everyone to relax and enjoy the weekend together. The hosts were fantastic: communicative, welcoming, and helpful throughout the entire stay. This property was the perfect setting for a memorable celebration, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others.

The house was amazing! We were in Colorado Springs for our nieces wedding. The house was exactly what we needed- 5 bedrooms with a few extra beds for kids. The amount of space was perfect for our family. The eating area, dining room & living rooms was spacious enough for all of us. The home is beautiful and extremely well stocked. The kids- 6 & 10 enjoyed the hot tub twice. The back yard was beautiful, even in January & the home had plenty of games for inside & out. We had 1 issue and the host was there within an hour to handle & correct for us. I would highly recommend this home especially if you have several families, etc. We will certainly stay again for our next family gathering in Colorado Springs.

This home is fabulous! Plenty of space for family and groups of friends. Yard is very private. Deck has large table to easily fit 10. Hot tub and fire pit area is a great place to sit around and have coffee or a cocktail. I highly recommend this place if you are a large group.

Very beautiful home and wonderfully decorated. There was plenty of room for our family of 10 with plenty of furnishings in the bathrooms and kitchen. The host was very accommodating and extremely responsive to any questions about the property we had. We have family in the area and will definitely stay here again when we come to visit.

Quaint restored bungalow in attractive neighborhood

This house is an architectural gem! All of the rooms and the bedrooms were specious. All of the beds very comfortable and great linens throughout. We enjoyed the hot tub and the gas firepit for s'mores. Great proximity to all the best sights around Colorado Springs. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this lovely home.

Beautiful Home, Great Location

A truly beautiful home in a great location! This house was stunning, really comfortable and well stocked. We had a private chef come and do a dinner for us and the kitchen was really well stocked. The hot tub was great also. The host was kind and communicative. Great central location for a great trip in Colorado Springs.
