Tämä täysin kalustettu, 5000 SF (mukaan lukien kansitila) räätälöity kiinteistö sijaitsee vuoristossa, josta on näkymät Broadmoorille ja koko Colorado Springsille. Yksi alueen merkittävimmistä kiinnostavista kohteista on Pikes Peak. Aja Pikes Peak Parkin sisäänkäynnin portille on noin 15 min. Our stay was fantastic! We really enjoyed this home and felt everything was provided and well thought out. My only feedback would be maybe to put some WD-40 on the hinges of the doors as they were pretty squeaky. Otherwise, we would stay here time and time again, and recommend it wholeheartedly.

Very nice family home - stayed here for a wedding at the Broadmoor . Location was perfect - only a 5 min drive to the hotel. Beautiful views off the back porch. Had all the extra amenities we needed from shower supplies to kitchen to laundry supplies. Spacious enough so all couples had their privacy and one bathroom. Everything was nicely done. The downstairs was perfect for my daughter with her new baby . Had hummingbirds visit us on the porch, deer in the yard and wild turkeys. The host was very responsive and overly accommodating.

Family vacation

Our group of 14 (ages 70 to 5 mo) had a wonderful stay. We were very comfortable with plenty of room to spread out and everything we could possibly need. The location was perfect and walkable to various trails and attractions. Highly recommend!

Great Family Gathering

We rented this large snd beautiful home to gather around my husband’s celebration of life. It was perfect. The views are truly wonderful. The kitchen is huge, has an abundance of dishes and all of the equipment you need. There is room for privacy even when the house is full. It was clean and not full of the random junk that you sometimes encounter with a rental. I appreciated having a good supply of paper products. Bill was so easy to deal with. It is a nice area for walks. Having this great place was integral to a great five days. Thanks!

A step above most VRBOs

Perfect! It was a step above most vrbo had the essentials you needed at the house. Shampoo soap dishwasher detergent paper towels toilet paper etc. and even a welcome package with snacks and brochures. just as the pics look that is it.So much room. 12 of us. The kids played in the basement while the adults were in the living room. Everything you possible needed in the kitchen. Down to pretty platters for Christmas that I used for appetizers and desserts. Would definitely recommend.

Gorgeous home in CO Springs

We had a lovely stay at Bill's home in Colorado Springs. The house is beautiful and in perfect condition, and the view off the back decks are incredible. I can't recommend it enough!

Our Second Visit

This was our second time to use the property and we all enjoyed it as much as our first. There was generous space for the nine of us, the kitchen is wonderfully furnished and there are many things to occupy time while at the house. Our grandkids looked forward to seeing wildlife on the property.

Great house and great location!

Our family of 6 adults and 5 kids had an amazing week at this rental. The house is clean, comfortable, spacious, and very well-equipped. We enjoyed cooking in the large kitchen, grilling and using the smoker, eating and playing games at the large indoor and outdoor tables, and looking out at the lights over Colorado Springs from the balcony at night. It was conveniently located to Garden of the Gods, Seven Falls, the Royal Gorge railroad, and Pikes Peak, and you can access great hikes from the front door. This was a perfect place to stay, and we would highly recommend it to groups or large families.

Family Vacation

The house was just like the photographs on the VRBO website. There were plenty of paper and plastic ware in the kitchen for dining and most of the utensils needed for cooking. Soaps/shampoo and hairdryers in each bathroom and more t/p and paper towels than you can use in a month. We did have one small problem, but William had his maintenance man out quickly to take care of it. The view from the decks is awesome day and night. All of the family enjoyed everything about the house. The grandkids especially liked the basement area where they could play games. We would recommend this house to our friends and, if in the area again, we would rent it again.

Great Family vacation

Our first trip to Colorado Springs was a huge success! This property is magnificent! I can’t say enough good about it. The views as you walk in the door are fantastic. The outdoor area is just as spectacular as the interior. We had a dozen people here and never felt confined. The kitchen was huge and stocked better than any VRBO we stayed at…no extra running out for toilet paper or paper towels.. you could spend your time having fun. We cooked in more than usual because it was a delight and there was plenty space for the 12 of us to eat outside and nature. Even the nights were pleasant with the firepit on the upper deck..toasted marshmallows and s’mores… the house even had skewers! The location was amazing… everything was close! The owner gives you a great welcome letter with lots of information to make things easy. We hiked in north Cheyenne Canyon & drove to Helen Hunt Falls, spent a great day in Manitou Springs, can’t miss Garden of the Gods!, went to Pikes Peak, Seven Falls, walked the Broadmoor, don’t miss the Penrose Heritage museum on the Broadmoor grounds. There were plenty other places we just didn’t have time for. Highly recommend the area!! We lucked out for restaurants too! All these places sat 12 of us at a time, and food that we would go back for and not too far from the house. The Keg Steakhouse and Bar, Phantom Canyon Brewery, Aspen American Bar and Grill, Colorado Mountain Brewery, Pannino’s The home owner is great to communicate with.

Best Way to Experience Colorado Springs

This property exceeded our expectations. The location was excellent and close to everything we wanted to do. The views from the balconies were amazing, both day and night. The house was well appointed and very clean. My family, which included teens and children, enjoyed having their own space (there are three family rooms in the house). Communications, while not needed, where quick and clear in setting up the trip. We would love to come back and visit again. We highly recommend to others.
