Relax above the clouds at this peaceful and modern Woodland Park townhome. Built in 2022, this 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath retreat offers mountain views of Pikes Peak, family-friendly amenities, and easy access to downtown. With space to sleep up to 8 guests, it’s an excellent choice for families, couples, or small groups.

The home features a fully equipped kitchen, indoor dining for eight, and a cozy living room with a gas fireplace and 65-inch HDTV. Step onto the private balcony to enjoy the mountain air, gather around the fire pit, or take in the stunning scenery.

Sleeping arrangements include a king primary suite, a queen bedroom, and a bunk room ideal for children or families. Additional conveniences include fast Wi-Fi, an EV charger, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a private garage with extra driveway parking.

Located just a short walk from downtown Woodland Park, the home offers easy access to restaurants, cafés, shops, and local attractions while still providing a quiet, comfortable mountain retreat.

A beautiful home located near everything you would want to see! Plenty of space and plenty of bathrooms! The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed. Plenty of beds and also fans in every room. A must see and stay! We are going to VRBO this property again! I love it!

Excellent!

This is a great location to surrounding attractions like Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Colorado Springs, Cripple Creek, 7 Falls….etc We escaped the Texas heat in summer and this place did not disappoint! This is a brand new property and immaculate. They supply a generous welcome basket and very ample appliances, seasonings and cookware for those planning to cook. Sit down restaurants and fast food is right up or down the main road as well as a Walmart. We had no issues whatsoever! Loved it! My boys enjoyed sitting on the deck around the fire pit in the evenings. Thanks John for offering such a nice place! Bravo!! Highly recommended!

Beautiful and relaxing

Beautiful place with a gorgeous view! The house was spotless and the decor was lovely. Absolutely loved our stay. I have never stayed anywhere so well stocked, and I’ve stayed a lot of places! It had everything we wanted and then some. We loved sitting on the back porch with the picturesque mountain views and the daily deer sightings. The location ended up being perfect for us because it was just down the street from an elementary school with a great park for our 18 month old. Highly recommend!

Attention to detail is impeccable

We came to the Colorado Springs area for a short girls trip, our stay was PERFECT for lack of a better word! The home is beautiful, all necessities are provided, cleanliness is top notch, and John is such a great host. He is super friendly, provided suggestions of things in the area, and was super responsive anytime we had a question, answering nearly instantly. If you have a chance to stay at any of their properties I highly recommend it.. we definitely will be back in the area just to be able to stay at one of his properties again! I couldn’t recommend more

USAFA parents weekend, relaxing stay

Great location past Manitou and not too far from USAFA. The property was beautiful with comfortable beds, clean, all essentials of home with the owners smaller refinements meant a great stay. Enjoyed the firepit on the deck while overlooking Pikes Peak. Short walk to coffee and restaurants. Short drive to the market and some great activities. John and his family were great on communication and would book again.

Woodland Park cutie

This townhouse was absolutely adorable. The hosts were very gracious and easy to communicate with. We wanted a view of Piked Peak and morning, afternoon and evening. We were able to enjoy marvelling at the beauty of the peak and other surrounding mountains! Very clean, spacious and met most of our needs and desires. We were very pleasantly surprised with how comfortable we felt staying here for an entire week. We hope to stay again sometime in the future
