Welcome to our charming and cozy Mountain Home! Nestled in the heart of a vibrant city, our property offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Step inside and you'll be greeted by a stylishly furnished space that exudes warmth and relaxation. The living area is designed with plush seating and a flat-screen TV, creating an inviting atmosphere for you to unwind after a long day of exploring. We are 5 min from Garden of the gods 5 min from downtown and 10 min from Manitou Springs.

We stayed at the location in the upstairs portion. Place was amazing, very clean and neat. Location was good, close to everything we wanted to do. I only have 2 complaints. 1: Communication was poor. When I was asking questions before the booking, I got immediate answers, I had some questions before and after we arrived-crickets. We made it work though. 2: fix the bed in the main guest room. The mattress is comfortable but no box springs. The mattress is sitting on the support slats and it makes a horrible sound, even just turning over was loud which made it difficult to sleep on. All in all, it was a great place to stay and would recommend to others.

Extremely Disappointing

The location is great for activities around Colorado Springs. The toilets had been recently cleaned. These are the only good things I have to say. The place overall needed a good cleaning. There was no 'Welcome Book' with notes or instructions for the property.The divider in the silverware drawer was dirty and some of the silverware was dirty. There were no spoons. The inside of the dishwasher was dirty. There were no pods for the dishwasher. There were no paper towels or napkins. The kitchen sink had dead bugs in it ( a sign it hadn't been cleaned in a while) There were dog food and some other pellets behind and around the trash can.The large chair in the TV area has a bad smell.The soap and shampoo bottles in the bathroom were empty. The windows in both bedrooms did not close completely, the freeway is 1 block away and very noisy. The dresser in the 'primary' bedroom has busted drawers and is useless. There were more dog food and other pellets on the floor in the closet.We looked forward to spending time on the deck, but we had to clean it first. It looked like a vine had died during the winter and someone had trimmed it back, but did not clean up. The chairs were also quite dirty and had to be washed before we could use them.The listing says there is a washer / dryer and an iron and ironing board. None of these were in the rental. I sent 2 messages to the host about the iron and both were ignored. I have more but am out of characters.

Great Location in Colorado Springs

We stayed at this location for about 5 weeks. We loved having the space of two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and the apartment was very clean. The location was perfect for getting to downtown easily to check out restaurants and other activities. When there were any problems, we were able to contact the owner and he took care of the issues quickly. Accessibility to the apartment and laundry was based on key codes which were safe and effective. Some of the furniture is a bit worn, and the kitchen supplies (silverware, plates) are a bit limited, so for a longer stay, we added our own. But overall we enjoyed our stay, and the location was excellent.

Amazing house, perfect for small getaway

I was really impressed with this house. It was clean when we arrived and the property owner(s) were really sweet and helpful with anything we needed. My only suggestion would be to add a few more of the basics such as dish towels, extra rolls of paper towels, etc. I think the space was great for the amount of people I went with (5) and there was plenty to do around the area (we went on a hike at rhe Garden
