"Pikes Peace Paradise" for TWO with mountain view

Welcome to "Pikes Peace Paradise" for TWO. This is no ordinary space and like no other place. We have created an allergy free cabin environment with a view of Pikes Peak from a cozy enclosed front porch. You will also find rest in the private fenced in courtyard, including fire pit (when burning is allowed). We hope you enjoy our tiny home and the family heirlooms from our cabin in Northern Michigan. DESCRIPTION:
“Pikes Peace” is a 500 square foot “not so tiny” tiny home that is nestled in a quaint village alongside other tiny homes. This sweet community offers quiet walks in the woods, and a chance to see nature at its best. Just up the road you will find the town of Woodland Park, filled with shops and the best kept secret eateries. This old fashion town is 3 minutes from our front door and only a 20-minute drive up lovely Ute Pass from Colorado Springs.
Woodland Park is known as “The City Above the Clouds” and is popular with those who love the outdoor activities of the Pikes Peak region, and a quick mountain getaway. During the summer, in particular, Woodland Park is saturated with outdoor concerts, festivals and a Friday farmers' market.
Our space is designed for indoor and outdoor living. The inside has all the comforts of home without the work. Full Kitchen ready for your finest recipes or the easiest take out. You can sleep in the private bedroom or choose to retire on the queen size sofa bed overlooking Pikes Peak.
We hope you enjoy the private patio rock garden, and also find time to make memories around the campfire.

GUEST ACCESS AND CHECK IN AND OUT:
Our home is at the entrance of Peak View Park, with easy access in the winter. When you turn into the park off of East US Hwy 24, we are the first tiny home on your left (Lot Z). Check-in time is anytime after 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is by 11:00 a.m.

*Early check-ins and late check-outs can be arranged when notified in advance, depending on the time of year and schedule, additional fee may be required. Please ask Debbie your host.
Other things to note
-Check-in time is anytime after 4:00 p.m. and check-out time by 11:00 a.m.
-Store empty luggage in the trunk of your car (more room for you)
-"Pikes Peace" is allergy free for those people who are sensitive to pet dander
-Our space is designed for adult relaxation and time away from adult responsibilities;)
-No smoking or vaping (of any kind) is allowed indoors
-No parties or events (socializing around campfire welcome)
-Smart TV (you will need to log-in with your personal memberships)

*Garbage is located in blue dumpster in the middle of the park, walking distance from our place.
*Please note: Our tiny home entrance is up four steps, so pay close attention when entering and exiting - owners and management are not responsible for any accidents or injuries.

Perfect

This little gem was so close to everything I needed for my stay in Woodland Park. The owner, and the host thought of every little detail to make this place feel like home, with everything you need. Cozy, and relatively spacious for a tiny home. I would not hesitate to book this property again and again! The host was very kind and informative, promo in responding as well.

Cozy spot with great view

We enjoyed our time here very much. It was great to come back to such a comfortable place after being out all day. We loved seeing the mountains out the front windows. Some people might say it is small but we found it just right for 2. It is right off the highway but we had no issue with the noise. It is actually quieter than where we live now, lol. We would definitely stay here again which is the best compliment in our opinion.

Perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay here. The home was super comfortable, cozy, and the Mountain View was beautiful! The location was perfect- close to all of the places we wanted to see & explore- Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, and seven Falls. We could walk to remarkable local bars & restaurants (also with the best views)! Our host was responsive. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great little cabin for weekend getaway! Very clean and comfortable. Close to dining and shopping, but not so close that you’re right in it. The cabin is close to the road but the owners have done a great job buffering the sound (including an indoor water feature) so that the sound is minimized (the bedroom was very quiet). All in all a good experience.

Comfy and Cozy

My partner and I stayed at here for 2 days. It was the perfect little tiny home and a great getaway for the weekend. Host was communicative and helpful, the tiny home was clean and organized. I didn't realize the location was right off the highway when I rented it which resulted in a decent amount of noise even at night. Which I think should be listed on the page.
