This is a beautiful hotel from the outside, very clean rooms, helpful and friendly staff and a good location to shopping, coffee and dining.

This hotel needs a MAJOR renovation! Flooring coming up, rusted returns, rotting wood around the molding, dirty and dusty returns, broken tiles in the bathroom, I could go on. Overall it was fairly clean. The staff was great. I requested to change rooms because our room had an odor, the vinyl flooring in the bathroom was coming up the bathroom area and I tripped on it and almost fell. We were transferred to a suite (which was very nice of them) but I really wasn't 100% happy with it either. Not sure why this hotel got the good reviews it did. Only good thing I can say about it is the staff was really nice!

It was impossible to get food without downloading an app..... absolutely ridiculous..... walked to one place that was closed.... very aggravated.... had to walk another four blocks to order a pizza

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There were several issues with the room including the drapes which sat over the HVAC unit was blocking air flow. The faucet was loose on the bathroom sink. The room I stayed in was clean and neat. Breakfast was on par with most hotels. Hotel was within 2 miles of designation.

This is the second time I've stayed here while visiting family. I am always pleased with the service and the rooms. This time i did notice some sugar ants (about 4) on the air conditioner about an hour before we were gonna check out. This is the only place I saw them. Not sure how they got there or exactly when, but they didn't bother us or our stuff (and we had snacks that weren't sealed). Even with this, it was a good stay.

The room was large and clean. The corridor had an unpleasant odor. The landscape needs to be replaced. The towels were thin basic towels. In general it was ok but nothing special.
