Note: the 3 is my rating but my husband's is a 1-2! The heater in room 115 did NOT work properly insofar as the temperature sensor was malfunctioning. "Cooling" the heat to 60 degrees still produced extraordinarily uncomfortable heat (during a very cold winter day)! We were told by Jay that the technician said everything was working properly but this was patently untrue.
