The girl who checked us in was excellent and friendly. On the third evening before going to the bed, we decided to hang out in the lobby by the TV area in the back. We noticed they had hot chocolate. We decided to drink it like an old days. Problem was there was only two packets instead of three. I asked a mid age white man at the front desk person if they can refill it. He said he will. He was speaking talking with someone for a long time.We ordered pizza from the cafe. Which was excellent. I went up to remind him again, but he went in the back room to sit around. we went to check out snack shop, and he came out. We reminded him one more time but he never refilled it. We were there for about 90 min stuck watching weather channel. We didn’t want to bother the lazy white guy to show us how to change the channel in the cozy TV area. He was a great solicitor but not a great employee. One less star because of his service.

Front desk friendly but no coffee

Front desk was always friendly and courteous. My only complaint is that there was not coffee for a week! The only day they had some was when the front desk told us the night before that they served until 11am so when we arrived at 10am they said we just missed them. Then they never showed again. If the front desk could make coffee then problem solved.
