Upon checking the associate spoke in a whisper, I could not hear a word he said. Entry light into room - NO bulb, sheets will not stay on bed. We could not figure out the TV and we are not dumb people, no direction in room. Carpet is old in hallways. I will NOT stay here again when there are so many other choices around the airport.

I was told one thing when I called in to ask about reservations and parking. When we got here, the lady wanted to argue with me and said no I would not have been told that. I’ve been an office manager for over 40 years. I make notes with what people tell me. The bathroom has dirty places in the corners. I have pictures showing in the bathtub. My feet were so filthy. I had to wash them off with the washcloth and it was black. Very disappointing for a Hampton Inn.

Couldn't check in early and had to wait for 2 hours in the lobby… disappointing! Especially given we had to check out at 3.30 am!
