The pool was temporarily out of order, and was told the day before we came that it would be working. Heat in room made a terrible loud noise, not very clean, not well maintained.

The hotel itself was great and so was the staff. Room was very clean, staff was so friendly . I planned my stay here to be close to my job at a nearby hospital during a major snowstorm. The only issue I had was that they never cleared the parking lot. This made it very difficult to get in and out with all of the snow. My hospital actually had to send someone there to plow in order for staff to get in and out. The hospital across the street kept their lot cleared throughout the entire storm. I will stay at this hotel again in the future to be close to work, but if it’s for snow purposes, I would probably stay across the street instead so I can get in and out without having to dig my car out.

The room was not spotless. It was not dirty but they do not move and clean behind pull out couch or lounge chaise. The staff wasn't overly friendly but pleasant enough. The heater in room 512 needs fixed because it sounded like a squealing belt and kept waking us up. I inevitably turned it off and it was kind of cold in the room so definitely not my most comfortable stay. The window was also leaking into and on top of the heater unit.

Room felt a bit dated, roll away beds (as hotel had been oversold upon our arrival) were miserable … Pool water was so murky, chemical smell overwhelming, peeling ceiling in pool area. Convenient location near OSUs campus but overall, couldn’t wait to leave.

Definitely the tenants, very loud im not getting any sleep. I complained to front desk and nothing. I can't get any sleep. I even ask to be moved to a lesser room, or my money back and nothing. This hotel rating from 1 to 10 is a negaitive -10. I would advise no one to stay hear. Im extremely upset. Drove 3 hours to this trash
