Upon entry, guests are welcomed into a spacious and bright living room, composed of a relaxation area with sofa and armchairs, and a dining area with a rattan table and chairs. The interior design immediately stands out, with a refined mix of classical elements and vintage pieces, elegant fabrics, artistic prints, and warm-toned details such as the deep red of the rugs and decorative accessories. Large windows filter natural light and frame the breathtaking view of the lake, offering direct access to the outdoor terrace. Descending to the lower level, the sleeping area features two tastefully furnished bedrooms, one double and one single, and a cozy TV lounge with armchairs, perfect for relaxing, which leads directly to the private garden. The property is completed by two bathrooms - one with a shower and one guest toilet - and a convenient storage room with a washing machine, ensuring a practical and comfortable stay.

Continuing along the Diga Foranea, you can admire The Life Electric, a contemporary sculpture by Daniel Libeskind, located in the center of the lake inlet between the two shores of the city. In just a few minutes, you can also reach Piazza Cavour, the city's largest square, located right in front of the Navigazione Lago di Como pier, from which boats depart to explore the most enchanting towns on the lake, including Cernobbio, Blevio, Torno, Laglio, Argegno, Menaggio, Bellagio, and Varenna. By car, take the "Como Monte Olimpino" exit from the A9 motorway and continue along Via Bellinzona. With GPS, the apartment is about 3 minutes away.

By train, from Como San Giovanni station, walk to the “Como S. Rocchetto” stop, take bus C75 towards Como - S. Teresa and get off at “Como - Torchio (Monte Olimpino)” (6 stops, about 10 minutes). The property is about 100 meters away.
