Welcome to Le Havre du Py – Elegance and Tranquility in the South of France (Occitanie, Aveyron).
Imagine yourself in the heart of the Aveyron countryside, in a charming stone house at the end of a peaceful lane, far from the hustle and bustle. As you arrive, you’ll park your car under the trees in the landscaped garden, surrounded by the calming sounds of nature. The sun warms the covered terrace — perfect for a family lunch or a relaxed aperitif with friends, while the children splash in the pool or discover board games in the cozy living room.

In the morning, sip your coffee facing the open fields, perhaps after a few minutes on the elliptical bike. Then settle into the dedicated home office, fully equipped with high-speed fiber internet — a calm space where you can work efficiently and in peace. In the afternoon, take a walk to the Igues du Py cliffs, just beyond the garden, and marvel at the stunning natural rock formations. As evening falls, cook a convivial dinner in the sleek, modern kitchen, then curl up by the fireplace — or play a few notes on the piano — and enjoy the soft, peaceful atmosphere.

Here, everything has been designed with comfort, calm, and reconnection in mind. A place to gather, rest, work remotely, and simply breathe.

The House
Le Havre du Py is a unique country home where the authenticity of old stone blends with modern comfort and thoughtful renovation. This 230 m² home, full of natural light, welcomes up to 8 guests on a private 2,000 m² property.

The Bedrooms (4 total)

Ground floor: Spacious master suite (24 m²) with 180 cm bed, private bathroom (bathtub, shower, toilet)

Upstairs:

1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed and private bathtub

1 bedroom with two 90 cm single beds

1 large bedroom with a 160 cm bed
These three rooms share an additional bathroom and a separate toilet.
An additional outdoor bathroom, accessible from the pool area, completes the setup.

Living Spaces
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and welcoming, with a central island, suspended hood, 8-person table, cross-light, and panoramic views.
The dining area is bright and air-conditioned, opening onto a south-facing terrace with stunning countryside views.
The living room features a fireplace, large sofa, library, board games, and a cozy, peaceful vibe.

Remote Work
An independent 12 m² office offers 2–3 workstations with high-speed fiber internet and a professional printer/copier.

9x4 m swimming pool with paddling area, automatic treatment system (parental supervision required)
