This comfortable studio with its wall and wooden beams allows you to spend privileged time together for two!
The accommodation:
The flat is located on the second floor in a charming building in a through-passage neighbourhood and is part of a complex of three well-furnished small flats, all available for seasonal rental.
The pleasantly furnished living area allows you to have a kitchen and dining area (with a Nespresso coffee machine and a filter) and a seating area for relaxation. The bedroom is located in the living room, for a cocooning moment, where you can comfortably watch television, comfortably in your bed.
The bathroom, completely renovated, consists of a bathtub in which you can also shower and spend moments of relaxation. You will find the toilets in the same room.
Ideal for a couple, Picco Bianco will provide you with a pleasant stay for two, but if you would like to come with couples of friends whilst maintaining your privacy, two further apartments are available in the same building (Picco Rosso and Picco Verde, which you will find in our Airbnb profile).
In the picturesque "Pass-Lanriec" district with its walks along the coast of Concarneau, family-friendly and peaceful, and with direct access to the seaside town by ferry. This district overlooking the city walls of the walled town, which is in constant development, has seen workers, fishermen and markets that give this place a certain charm and a historic footprint.

Our concierge offers you the rental of bed linen: bed linen set + towels: €20 per bed.
Bed sizes: 1 bed of 140/200.
There is no baby cot or high chair.
