The staff here is amazing. So polite, professional and helpful. Beautiful hotel with all the amenities you could need. Breakfast was great and my kids enjoyed it which is rare. Location is near all the shopping and restaurants you could need. Parks nearby for kids to play. Wonderful stay and highly recommend.

This hotel was very nice, the only reasons I did not give it 4 stars are; the shower was adequate at best, the water faucet at the sink did not come out far enough into the sink to properly wash your hands without the water running all over the vanity top and the room had a slight musty/dog smell.. Also, on Saturday evening the restaurant was closed..

I'll start by saying the bad. The beds are hard as rocks, the worst i have ever slept on. Paid $200 per night to take put I booked our family's stay here because it was near the mall and had decent reviews.
