Lots of long time residence? Limited parking because if it. Room had a staircase and wall in front if it. staircase was littered and filthy. Room snelled musky! Two ceiling panels above shower had mold . Told front desk and they said they'd spray -but didnt.

The room hadn’t been cleaned in months.Cockroaches everywhere living and dead.It was a homeless hotel for the city and had homeless living there. Linen was burned and holes everywhere in the bedding. It was the worst hotel I have ever seen.

Poor to no WiFi. Need to request maid service.

Poor WiFi. It wouldn’t stay up. Work for 20 minutes and crash. They have to keep rebooting it. I gave up and used the cell phone towers. Had to ask for maid cleaning. Did not get any the first day because of it.

Staff was excellent. Went out of their way to make my stay pleasant. Would definitely stay again. Easy access off of interstate 40. Plenty of eating options in the area. Can’t beat it for the price.
